【摘要】:ThissectiondefinesthescopeoftheEDAIndustryStandardsRoadmapfortheSIAElectronicDesignandTestAreas.Itincludesstrategicdirectionforkeyelectronicdesignandteststandards,withspecificfocusonthedesignsysteminfrastructure,toolsanddesigndata,andkeypackagingtechnologies,acrossallkeydesignphases.ThescopeisfocusedonEDA,andisspecificallyfocusedon:·EDAsystemsandsoftwarestandardization(NOTstandardizationofelectronicshardware)·EDAandkeyinterfacestotheEDAdomain(NOTstandardizationofotherCADdomains)·EDARoadmapforstandardsdevelopment(NOTactualdevelopmentofthestandards)·EDAstandardsroadmap(NOTadesignprocessoralgorithmdevelopmentroadmap)1ElectronicDesignandTestStandardsFocusElectronicdesignandteststandardsfocusincludes:infrastructureandtools,designanddatamanagement,designdatarepresentation,andtechnologylibrariesandmodels.1.1TheDesignSystemThissectionsummarizesthestandardsfortheinfrastructuresurroundingandsupportingElectronicDesignandTestsystemsandtools.Italsocoversalldesignanddatamanagementstandardsrelatingtothedefinition,execution,andmanagementoftheelectronicdesignprocess.·InfrastructureandToolsThisincludesallstandardsdealingwiththeinfrastructuresurroundingandsupportingElectronicDesignandTestsystemsandtools.Thesubjectaddressesplatformoperatingsystems,communicationsenvironment,userinterfaces,toolencapsulation,inter-toolcommunication,andgeneralEDAdevelopmentenvironment.Thesestandardspromoteinnovationofnewprocessesandmethodsforelectronicdesignandtest,thatcanbeeasilyinsertedintothedesignenvironment(i.e.,plugandplay).Suchstandardsoperateatvariouslevelstobindtoolstogetherintodesignflows,andenablecost-effectivemulti-vendorflowswithoutrequiringtightintegrationoftools.·DesignandDataManagementThisareaincludesalldesignanddatamanagementstandardsareasrelatingtothedefinition,execution,andmanagementoftheelectronicdesignprocessandit'sassociatedworkflowsanddataacrosstheenterprise.EDAdesigntoolintegrationandgeneraltoolmanagementstandardsarealsodiscussedinthisarea.1.2TheDesignInformationThissectionaddressesDesignandTestdesigninformation(data)andthedefinitionandre-useofdesigntechnologylibrariesandmodels.·DesignDataRepresentationThisareaincludesallstandardsareasrelatingtothedefinitionandrepresentationofElectronicDesignandTestdesigninformation(data)createdandusedbyEDAdesigntoolsand/orthedesignteamintheexecutionofthedesignprocess.Examplesincludesuchitemsasnetlists,libraries,testbenches,andmanykindsofin-processdata.ThepurposeofthisareaistoidentifystandardsforEDAandpointtoolsuppliersinordertosupporthighqualityinformationexchangeanddatasharingthroughoutthedesignprocessandacrossageographicallydispersedenterprise.·TechnologyLibrariesandModelsIncludedinthisareaareallstandardsrelatingtothedefinitionandre-useofdesigntechnologylibrariesandmodels.Keylibrarystandardsorstandardsrequirementsareidentified,andfocusareasandaroadmapforthenextdecadeisdescribed.2TechnologyPackagesThefollowingtechnologyandpackagetypesareaddressedinthisroadmap:·TechnologyCores,Cells,andMacrocells(i.e.,subsetsofchips)·Chips·MCMs·Boards(PCAs,PCBs,backplanes,subassembliesofvarioustypes).3DesignPhasesThekeydesignphasesinvolvedindesignandtestprocesseswillbeaddressed,including:·SystemLevelDesign(i.e.,ArchitecturalandHighLevelDesign),and·DetailedDesign(i.e.,DetailedLogicDesignandDetailedPhysicalDesign).4KeyElectronicDesignandTestInterfacesThekeyinterfacesinvolvedbetweenelectronicdesignandtestandotherrelateddisciplineswillbe
