【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesqualityrequirementsforheattreatmentinairorcontrolledatmospherescarriedoutinworkshopsandonsiteinconnectionwithweldingandforming.Itappliesmainlytoferriticsteels,butcanbeusedforothermaterials,asappropriate.ThisInternationalStandardprovidesguidanceformanufacturersthatperformheattreatmentorproduceheattreatedproductsorcomponents.ThisInternationalStandardcanalsobeusedasabasisforassessingthemanufacturerinrespecttoitsheattreatmentcapability.Thefulfilmentofarequirementcanbewaivedwherejustificationcanbeprovidedthataspecificrequirementisnotapplicabletoaspecificprocess.ThisInternationalStandardisintendedtobeaflexibleframeworktoprovide-specificrequirementsforheattreatmentbymanufacturerinordertohaveaqualitysysteminaccordancewithISO9001;-specificrequirementsforheattreatmentinspecificationswhichrequirethemanufacturertohaveaqualitysystemotherthanISO9001;-specificguidanceforamanufacturerdevelopingaqualitycontrolsystemforheattreatment;-specificguidanceforpostweldheattreatmentformanufacturersadoptingISO3834-2orISO3834-3;-detailedrequirementsforspecifications,regulationsorproductstandardsthatrequirecontrolofheattreatmentactivities.
